Our drivers were blocked following the rapid introduction of a new policy affecting cross-signed drivers. In response, we obtained an EV code-signing certificate and enrolled in the Microsoft Partner Program so that we could proceed with the required signing process.
However, our Partner Center verification has now been stuck for well over a month and I have not been able to find a working way to submit a support ticket.
Partner Center displays the following message:
“Stay updated on your document status in Resolve. Once submitted, your document should be reviewed within 5 days. If approved, you'll move to the next step. If unable to verify, you'll be prompted to upload a new document. You have up to 3 submission attempts ...
Business verification: Estimated date by 6/24/2026. Pending partner action.”
However, when I click Resolve, I only see:
”Document submitted successfully. Microsoft should review within 5 days. If approved, you'll proceed to the next step. If your document cannot be verified, the Resolve panel will prompt you to upload a new document. Document submission allows for 3 max attempts.”
There is no option to upload a new document or take any other action.
The Engage Center mentioned in another thread here redirects me to Azure Billing as soon as I select “Partner Solutions”.
I also contacted Jordan and Garrett directly, as they had previously offered assistance, but unfortunately I have not received a response so far.
At this point, I am unable to proceed with the verification process or open a support case.
Does anyone know of a working support channel, escalation path, or contact who can help resolve this ?
Thanks in advance for any hint, suggestion, or assistance you can provide.
