Paging I/Os

Hi all,
Can someone give me some knowledge/knowledge pointers on “paging I/Os” in
windows world i.e. things like:

  1. what are paging I/os?
  2. How are they different from normal I/Os?
  3. Looking at the IRP datastructure, how can one differentiate the two?

Any other thing I should be knowing about paging I/os.
