Pageable code - Should I bother in 2023?

Aghh… I know this topic has been discussed here multiple times, But the last post I could find about it is like 10 years ago. Things changed I guess…?

Should I bother marking functions as pageable code when possible?
In my opinion (I know others here agree as well) it is not worth it these days…
Do you agree? Anybody can think about cases where using pageable code is relevant these days?

Thanks in advance

I don’t think that there is any new advise

The case where it really matters is a server running a hundred virtual machines. If each machine has a huge non-pageable driver, that’s a problem.

Does that even matter? IINW, vm menory is not guaranteed not to be paged
out on the Host.

In my opinion (I know others here agree as well) it is not worth it these days…

It hasn’t been worth it for any years, in my opinion.
