NTDDK - CFGMGR32 - Urgent - Need Help

I am using Config manager functions CM_xxx. Have included cfgmgr32.lib. I
get linker errors for CM_Free_Log_Conf_Handle () and other CM_xxx
functions. Are these not in the cfgmgr32.lib? Can some one pls. tell the
lib that I have to include.

I am using NTDDK & NT 4.0. I did not have a problem with Win2K & Win2K
DDK.

Thanks,
Nitin

the CM_xxx functions are located in the setupapi.lib.

I’m no user-mode programmer, but, ah, doesn’t all this SetupDiXxx junk
support onlyWin2K and later?

Check your SetupApi.LIb. It sound like you are liking with The SetupApi.lib
located in the 98DDK.

The proper size should be 149kb; the improper setupapi.lib from the Windows
98 DDK is 340kb (dated 9/21/98).

The SetupDixxx functions only work on the NT platfrom OS (NT 4.0, 2k, and
XP). WIn 9x/Me uses 16-bit functions, Dixxx from the SetupX.lib. I am not
sure about XP home. . .
