NT Server, 2000 Server or 2000 Advanced Server Checked Builds

Is there a way to obtain the checked build for NT Server, Windows 2000
Server or Windows 2000 Advanced Server?

I have only seen NT Workstation, and Windows 2000 Professional Checked
Builds in the MSDN Subscription.

IIRC NT4’s Workstation and Server binaries are the same - the only
difference is in the registry keys.
I suspect the same is true on w2k.
