new post to really old thread, but I didn’t see that anyone had figured out the issue. In the original posting there was a mention of the ‘ADVirtualDisk’ string being part of the mappings, and it turns out there is an issue with Adobe Photoshop CS4 which can cause the kinds of problems mentioned in that thread.
