Amazing amazon has no copy ( new or used ). Well, I’ve only two copies, one for home, and another for office, like some of the others ( Peter and tony’s book, Rajeev books, Walter’s book - many many thanks to these guys :).

I went to both half.com and alibris.com, and I can’t find a copy either.
Sometimes you can find it at amazon.fr or maybe in Germany, did anyone try ?

Thanks to Don Burn for pointing me to www.quantumbooks.com. They had one
copy left. There is also a copy available at www.amazon.fr for anyone who
knows French . . .
