NDIS5 miniport driver work with NDIS6 lightweight filter driver sleep issue

Hi,

I have a NDIS6 lightweight filter driver on Windows 7, which is never has
any problem with sleep issue.

But if I install another software like Cisco VPN client, it has NDIS5
miniport driver.

When these two drivers work together, Sometimes system cannot go to sleep.

Is there any conflict between NDIS5 and NDIS6 IM driver?
