ndis test url please?

I’m having trouble locating the download kit that contains the ndis_test
suite. Can someone forward a URL?

Is that part of the WLK?

  • This may all be wrong -

If so: http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/winlogo/wlk/WLKpkg.mspx

This describes the unreasonably complicated process of finding the right program on connect.microsoft.com.

Once you register for the program (WLK), then there’s something called -

NetworkMediaDevice_Content-WLK_1.5.iso

in the dowloads. Is that what you mean?

I’ve never used the WLK. The only reason that I know about this file (assuming that it’s even correct) is because my msdn hasn’t worked since they redid the site, so I out of frustration, I took a look around connect one day.

The last time I tried to go hunt it down I gave up and extracted the
installer from a DTM system.

Even then it was a challenge to get it running. It was once so easy.

The latest production ndistest6.0 and ndistest6.5 is in WLK1.5 RTM. You can
extract them from the WLK.
