NDIS OIDs

Hello All,

I am a beginner to network driver programming. I have seen various OIDs
like OID_ATH_BSSID_LIST, OID_ATH_802_11_BSSID_LIST,

OID_802_11_BSSID_LIST etc in source code of Atheros network driver.

Can anyone explain the difference between these OIDs?

Does these OIDs returns the same BSSID List?

Thanks

Maju

Search for those strings in the driver source base, somewhere you will see it is defining those with _ATH ( that is the tag for some custom OID, I think )

For the general one

Those are custom OIDs in the atheros drivers.

You probably have a source code license with atheros, and those sources are protected by an NDA with Atheros. You should not ask details about those sources here (they are proprietary), you should probably ask the atheros guys for details about such sources.

Have a nice day
