Hi All,

I want to write my own wireless configuration utility.
This utility should be able to configure/handle all the security and connectivity parameters.

Pointers to achieve this would be very helpful.

There is a vast amount of such utilities. Google.
The WLAN API can be useful (on Vista, win7; the WinXP subset of it is too weak).
