My driver is changed from WDK’s mirror sample, now it work well on VISTA ultimat and business version. It always become black screen when installed on VISTA starter version.

I don’t think we’ll be able to help you, because most of us cannot use
Vista Starter Edition. It’s not permitted in the US, Europe, or Japan.
I can imagine, however, that Vista Starter might refuse to use an XPDM
driver at all.
