Minor bug in scanner sample (user mode)

Hi,

In scanuser.c, main routine, there is a call to CreateThread(). The return
value is compared against INVALID_HANDLE_VALUE. If CreateThread() fails, the
return value is NULL, not INVALID_HANDLE_VALUE.
