MiniSpy vs. FileSpy

Hi,

I started out looking at the Minispy that was included in a previous
release of the IFS kit. I then got a CD with a newer version (3790). It
contained filespy, which is similar to minispy, except all the user/kernel
mode calls (such as FilterAttach etc) are not in there. I also didn’t find
fltlib.lib or fltuser.h

Did I make a mistake installing (I did check everything on what to istall)
or have those API’s been removed or changed?

Thanks a lot, bjorn

Minispy is part of the IFS that comes with the kit so support Windows Server
2003 with Service Pack 1. It should be 3790.1830. I suspect you installed
an older version before the minifilter stuff was included.

Thanks Ken. I guess that sounds right. I was confused by the fact that the
earlier beta version had the things, but the release did not. But it does
look like the release was w/o SP1.
