Microsoft has authored a rather comprehensive survey regarding driver
developer needs. The goal is to get the broadest possible participation
from the driver development community.
The link on the indicated webpage does not appear to work.

I hate to sound like the quintessential developer but… “it works for me”
the “click here to take the survey” link opens a new window. one may
need to have popup-stopper tools disabled.

It works for me as well, but someone on the MSDN newsgroups was griping that
it didn’t work with Mozilla.

The link is there, and I get the popup window, but I click the
Start button and nothing. This is a whole lot of JavaScript,
or maybe worse, but it is INOP under mozilla.
(Could this be intentional?-P)

Great, lets debug the survey about the debuging tools

well, this is funny - I went through the server page by page and what
do I see at the end?
Yeah, well the survey wouldn’t work at all when I tried mozilla,
so I ran it with netscape and it crashed partway through for me
as well. This does not bode well. I gave up.

I gave up years ago trying to access Microsoft web content other than
through Internet Explorer. I use a different browser and mail reader for
just about everything else.
If you *do* manage to get through the survey, you may want to suggest
that Microsoft make sure that all DDK and hardware-related content on
their web site be usable with older browsers. Not that they’ll do
anything about it, but you may feel better after venting.

It was related to having Pop-Up Stopper enabled. I tried the hotkey
override for it, but it apparently had to be completely disabled for the
survey to work.
