This mailing list seems to be specific to file
system drivers. Can anyone tell me where I can
find a list pertaining to kernel and mini drivers?

NTdev was a general kernel-mode list for 2 years at least.
comp.os.ms-windows.programmer.nt.kernel-mode is a great general kmode and
NDIS newsgroup.

The NTDEV list handles both user-mode developer issues and kernel-mode
driver issues. In my experience, there are more kernel-mode issues
discussed than user-mode.
We’d happily set up a kernel-mode only list if people thought that would be
useful. IF THIS SOUNDS USEFUL, and you would subscribe to such a list,
send email to xxxxx@lists.osr.com – If enough people are interested,
I’ll bring the list on-line.
