Loading Win NT Driver

hi all,
i have an image device (PCI Device) and a windows nt driver file and
inf file but i am not able to understand how to install or load the driver
for the device. i never worked in windows nt. so can any one help me to
solve the problem

Development by Peter G. Viscarola and W. Anthony Mason.
