Many years ago, Novell changed their Client32 to work within the NT I/O
Manager paradigm so that Filter Drivers worked with Netware volumes without
any special considerations (except attaching to the right devices).
However, with the latest Client32 4.91.4 my legacy filter driver no longer
works with Netware volumes. Does anyone here work with Netware and have any
insight into this?
Thanks.
Which problem are you having exactly?
I remember tons of problems with Netware clients.

The filter was no longer seeing I/O directed toward the Netware volume.
Maybe the new Client32 changed the name of the device. However, you are
right, there have always been problems with the Netware client. Anyway, the
customer decided to switch the application to a Microsoft network so
unfortunately I am unable to diagnose the problem further. Thanks for the
reply.
