Well, there’s an OID that allows you to indicate what your miniport’s
bandwidth is, but that doesn’t do what you think it does. Are you
trying to slow things down or speed them up? Slowing them down can be
accomplished with an IM driver such as psched, which ships with the OS.
What’s your goal here?
