Hi,
do any of you guys know if it’s possible to deny an NT service to be
stopped from either the Services application or ‘net stop …’ ? If it 's
possible, do you think stopping the service could be password protected ?
Any pitfalls one might fall into ?

Just do not register the stop event callback.
RPCSS on NT4 was such.
