Is there anybody know about LSOV2 in NDIS6 ?

LSO V1 is quite simple for us.
but LSO V2 is quite difficult to understand. and MS DDK doesn’t explain it clearly.
Is there anybody know what’s the process for a Huge TCP packet ?
