Is there any capability to set seperate affinity masks for individual MSI-X
interrupts in the registry? I have a client who feels they have a need to
assign each MSI-X interrupt to a different processor, and I am looking for
solutions for a storport driver to do this.

For storport, you have to hack. The safest technique is a filter driver.
