Well I have a project to do for IP protected source files.Little similar to
Windows Right management (WRM).
Although we have solution for it in the market but not for .c,.cpp
(text files) .
It deals with unauthorized access by authorized users.
Could you please give me some ideas or pointers for that.
May be this question doesn’t belong to this forum but I am asking here
just because it has to deal with minifilters and brains…which you all
have…

Look at the Microsoft Shared Source plan. That is the only way you can come close to making source secure. Removable encryption smartcards such as the GemPlus PK16000 are a good start.
