iomarkirppending equivalent in wdf

i need to pend the wdfrequest in evtdeviceiocontrol and need to complete over the ISRDPC routine.EvtDeviceIocontrol call WdfRequestForwardToIoQueue, WdfIoQueueRetrieveNextRequest in Dpc routine the system got freezed where i will complete the wdfrequest

All requests are pended in wdf. There is no equivalent to IoMarkIrpPending. If the system is freezing, you broke a rule in some way. Attach a debugger and see what is happening
