Well, reverse mapping (Hex to IOCTL) is not as easy as
code to hex. You may use the osronline online IOCTL
decoder. However, it will not show you the IOCTL constant
value. If you are interested, you may get my IOCTL decodes
from http://www.zezula.net/fstools.html, it will also show you
the defined value.

the url is http://www.zezula.net/fstools.html
Well, if someone is interested in the source code, let me know,
but because the source is one big (I mean REALLY BIG)
switch statement, I doubt it :-).

Next way is to use IOCTL command in SoftICE.
