I used IoCreateNotificationEvent to create user mode event object with name
\BaseNamedObjects\Xxx <file:> and open it in user
mode application. On XP, no problem.
But on vista, user mode application couldn’t open this event. Is it a kernel
handle created on Vista from IoCreateNotificationEvent? How to use this
method then?
