A question about IoCreateFileSpecifyDeviceObjectHint() in W2K again.
Does anybody know if the security update that include
IoCreateFileSpecifyDeviceObjectHint()
for W2K SP4 kernel now officially distributed or not?
How to dynamically import IoCreateFileSpecifyDeviceObjectHint() if if it is
available
for using in W2K SP4?

You can check it yourself. Open the Ntoskrnl.exe
from the update with depends.exe, a tool which shows
list of exported functions.

How to dynamically import IoCreateFileSpecifyDeviceObjectHint() if if it

MmGetSystemAddress. See Filespy from the IFS Kit,
there are hints how to use it

Thank you for your info. It works.
I use this depends.exe check my updated ntoskrnl.exe.
The API is in there.
