Hi:
As far as I know, Only one driver in the whole driver stack can(should)
call IoCompleteRequest for one Irp .
However, base on DDK power managing. The bus driver ask to complete the
irp by IoCompleteRequest , and function driver complete routine
get called then also call should IoCompleteRequest to complete this
request.
Is it a special request for Power manger?
