Try disabling OACR, the tool is pretty worthless IMHO. PreFast is fine,
but doing a forced run of PreFast after you compile the code is something
that only could come out of the reality distortion field surrounding
Redmond.

The warnings you’re getting mean that PreFast found errors in your project.
Display the errors/warnings that you’re getting and fix them. Then rebuild. Repeat until green.
