Installing drivers on Windows 7 from Windows 10

I have installed Windows 7 in UEFI mode which does not support CSM, so when system starts
it hangs on Windows logo because there is so support for int 10h in UEFI, safe mode also won't boot.
Windows 7 UEFI can boot with disabled VGA support when drivers for GPU are installed, but they are not installed.

Is there a way to install drivers for Windows 7 from Windows 10 ?
I mean I would like to do what pnputil or devcon does but manually by copying
driver files and writing registry keys of Windows 7.
I know how to open/write registry of Windows 7 but I don't know which registry keys should be modified.

Okay I looked into inf file for GPU card and manually adding all that data won't be efficient process is there other way to add that drivers to system ?

You would have to find a graphics card that has drivers for win7 and works on a uefi bios. You can't just install some gpu driver for a win10 release on win7. That is not going to work.

Win7 does not support uefi boot without CSM. Some uefi support CSM and apparently some don't.
