Hi All,
Has anyone implemented a filter driver that enables dynamic
loading/unloading by providing an ‘inner’ and ‘outer’ driver - where the
outer driver interfaces with the upper edge of the file system and the IO
manager, and the inner driver is fully encapsulated by the outer driver (and
can thus be unloaded in a safe and controlled manner)? Was it difficult?
What are the pitfalls associated with this strategy?
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Joel
