INITSTARTFAILED --- driver failed to load

Hi,
I’ve created a filter driver for keyboard over the keyboard class in the
device stack and gave the start mode as boot time.

But this driver doesn’t get loaded (may be its getting unloaded before
i can see that) and there is a registry entry in kbd_filter\enum by name
INITSTARTFAILED. what does this code mean?

Thanks in anticipation
Seshagiri.

You have to start your filter driver after kbdclass

You are right…but i think i’ve taken care of that.
In the \Control\GroupOrderList\KeyboardClass , i’ve added one more
entry with the tag value of the filter i’ve written.

So i think this should take care of the order.

Do you see something still missing?

bye
Seshu.
