INF for USB serial port device under Windows 98

Hi,
As we’ve found that, to install a USB CDC Modem device(WDM) under Windows
98, you have to define 2-layered inf, one to indicate a USB device and install
your own WDM driver with CCPORT.SYS, the other to indicate a Modem
device(ChildID) and install WDMMDMLD.VXD.This is concluded in Window 2000 DDK
documentation.
But what is the driver stack for USB Serial Port under Windows 98? Is it
also right to use the 2-layered inf? Or, due to the different architecture,
there is no WDM form USB Serial Port driver under Windows 98(that means, you
have to implement the USB serial port driver in VxD form).

Could you share some information on this? Thank you in advance.
