Javad,
The sample you want to use is the PASSTHRU sample in the new Windows XP
DDK. PASSTHRU was first introduced in the Windows 2000 DDK, and updated
in XP with additional comments, etc. You would use the Windows 2000 DDK
to build the sample. I will send you on Monday a zip file containing
that sample ported to Windows 98/ME as a starting point for you. In the
past two weeks I published a laundry list of other issues to be aware of
when porting NDIS .SYS drivers back to Windows 9x/Me.

Bryan,
Could you also send me a copy of the passthru driver you ported to 98/Me? Also is there any big difference to write a generic mux driver for 98/Me. Where should the binding logic code usually in a notification dll go?
Thanks!
Jicun
