The IFSKit license agreement states:
“…You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT on a single computer, including workstations,
terminals or other digital electronic devices to
design, develop and test for your internal use on your
premises…”
Can I really not install the product on a build
machine? How many people develop on more than one
machine? Lots, I’d guess.
Also it still says:
“…obtain a valid digital signature from Microsoft
for the IFS Drivers…”
We don’t need one for non-AV filter drivers, right?
Can someone from MS please review and fix this thing?
I’m sure there are more things that need to be
changed.
Thanks!
Hello,
I believe the same license agreement request from you to register at a given
MS e-mail address when you create a new FSD using the IFS Kit. And this
e-mail address is bouncing for years long. (I might even have already
signaled this here).
If the e-mail alias for registration of FSD driver has been fixed, let me
know because I would have plenty of FSD to register now!
Best regards,
David Burg
