I need help please! UMDF1.9 Fried

I need help please! I'm running XP SP3, and I plugged my Galaxy A53 A536U into the usb with usb debugging ADP enabled, and it fried my UMDF1.9 and my C++2005 Redistributable. Even Archive org is fresh out of anything that will help me find wudf01000.dll or wudfusb.sys. I'm really striking out here! Can anyone please link me to a mirror source that has a live exe or msi or iso or anything that actually contains a wudfusb.sys and a wudf01000.dll? I'm swimming in useless .cat files that don't contain anything that can get UMDF started again!

On this page, is there a download link? If not, can you help me find a mirror download link? Archive org doesn't have one anywhere. User-mode Driver Framework v1.9 (KB970159) is missing from my Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Show Updates. Thank you.

Plugging in a USB device does not “fry” anything, nor is “fry” a verb that has any meaning here.

Is there a download link?

Did you not even check the page? The instructions are very clear.

Ok maybe I used the wrong terminology. Something is definitely “zapped” though. Yes Tim I looked all over that page. Please help me see the clickable link. I might not be recognizing it.

I see instructions clearly. But it’s the clickable download link is what I'm looking for.

I cannot see the link to the update either. Nice instructions to check if it installed properly and links to required service packs (those were the days) but no link for the actual update as far as I can see.

Tbere is no clickable link. The instructions tell you how to go through Windows Update on your own system to install the update that includes UMDF.

I understand. But there’s nothing to install if I don't have it.
