I am newbee to the drivers

Hi,
I am writing an intermediate miniport driver( network
driver) for windows 2000. can any body tell me what is
the sequence of function calls I have to write.

You need to start with the Windows Driver Development Kit (DDK) See the URL
http://www.microsoft.com/ddk/.

The DDK Help file includes the documentation that you need. In addition, the
later DDKs include the PassThru NDIS IM sample driver which is a good
starting point.
