How to set HPA at Win2k&xp

Hi all !
I need a help…

I can set HPA at DOS by port I/O(1F0-1F7). But I can’t do this at win2k&xp because safe .So I want to send CDB to atapi.sys .But I could not find the CDB . What do i do ?

Any help is welcome…
