How to get a notification when the CD-ROM's door is beening opened or closed?

As title, How can I get a notification when the CD-ROM’s door is beening opened or closed?

I had tried the WM_DEVICECHANGE message, but it is just sent after a CD inserted or removed.

And maybe, the question can be turned into another easier one: how to detected the status of CD-ROM’s door, it’s opened or closed?
