I m created DLL for PXI-DIO card using vc++…I am able to READ and WRITE data from the BAR registers…But how to write code to generate interrupt through software…

How did you do that? And why would you need to? The PXI-DIO includes
drivers that handle all of this for you.

But how to write code to generate interrupt through software…

You don’t. The interrupt is used for DMA operations, and the driver
will manage that based on the input and output mode settings.

These are really PXI-DIO usage questions, not NT questions.
