how to compile my driver in VC6?

I write driver in VC6 with “win32 console application” project,I can’t
compile it under VC6 IDE properly. Must I build it in “command line
windows” with “build -cZ” command in dir. including my driver source?
if so, VC6’s IDE don’t provide any convenience to write program,is that
true?
