How to capture port/memory IO

Hi,

I need to capture all communication between a given device driver and the
PCI card it controlls. I have the IO port and memory ranges and I’m
looking for a tool (or an advise how to build one) to capture data
communication to a file, or any other userspace tool that could visualize
it later (or in real time).

Hardware PCI bus analyzer is the only proper tool.
