I just tried to back up the registry file with administrator privilege.
But I failed.
How can I copy the registry file to another?
Is some trick needed for that ?

Try,
RegLoadKey and RegSaveKey.
Also, examine rdisk.exe (Windows NT, not 2K), which does it.
