I would like to know how NDIS decides and sets the members of the NDIS_PM_PARAMETERS structure?
I referred the following article.
But it mostly talks about wake on magic packet and pattern match. I would like to know how WAKE_ON_LINK_CHANGE policy will be set by NDIS?
What are all the conditions should I met to set this flag in NDIS_PM_PARAMETERS structure?
