how debugger works in Windows NT?

Hello All,

Can anybody tell me, how debugger works in Windows NT? Mean to say, If i would
like to design my own debugger in NT. Basically How do I put the break point,
for which I need to access another process’s memory location. Otherwise when
should I take a control over the system.

I have sufficient background of pentium process.

I would appreciate your help…

Many Thanks,
