if a user open word and print a document,how can I get the print content?
A small redirecting driver will help. There was one, called REDMON and it was going with sources, if I’m not mistaken. If you want just dump something to PS/EPS there is an easier, but not elegant way…

Try out ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/ghost/ghostgum/redmon17.zip I haven’t look through it, but it worked in my case, when it was necessary to set up pdf-output printer. It seems working, but code is true GPL one :)))
