Will writing a filter driver for a Fat volume help?

Hi,

Will writing a filter driver for a Fat volume help?

Yes, You can filter search calls and only the filters below You and the
FSD itself can know it actually exists.

Or is it possible to use NTFS drivers to access NTFS partition from Win95
and Win98?

Yes. How? I don’t know-

www.sysinternals.com has NTFS for Win9x. IIRC, no NTFS on your Win9x boot
partition but any other partition is okay.

No ways. The person will boot Win98 in DOS mode (bypassing any filter
drivers) and will see your directory. The FAT on-disk structure does not
support such tricks.

Or is it possible to use NTFS drivers to access NTFS partition from Win95
and Win98?

IIRC there are no such drivers.

It does, but ScanDisk may make bad ends of this-
