GUID_ECP_PREFETCH_OPEN

Sometime in the runup to Vista GUID_ECP_PREFETCH_OPEN was added to ntifs.h
and supposedly would be set when a create was being issued to do pre-fetch
i/o. My question is, has anybody ever actually seen this ECP being sent
by any version of Vista or Win7? Thus far I have not.

Yes, I’ve seen it. Typically you will see CcPf or
fileinfo!FIPfInterfaceOpen above you on the stack.
