FsContext for Lanman

Regarding possibility that FsContext may change during file object
life time for network file access (that I’ve heard so much about on the
list, but never actually experienced it during almost 3 years of
testing), what are the circumstances when this can happen?

Alfa Transparent File Encryptor - Transparent file encryption services.
Alfa File Protector - File protection and hiding library for Win32
developers.
Alfa File Monitor - File monitoring library for Win32 developers.

This happens in NT 4.0 (monolithic) but not W2K (RDBSS), although
there’s nothing that guarantees this behavior will remain the same.

It was because RDR would open files “optimistically” without really
knowing what they were. So, when they really finally opened the file
they’d discover an existing FsContext and switch to using that.
