Colleagues,
For the last several weeks, we have been testing a new platform (Discourse) and hosting service for the OSR Developer Community. Our goal in doing this is to move to a more modern and more flexible platform, with more features for our Community members.
Unfortunately, it seems that during our testing some email may have been generated to existing Community members. We apologize for the annoyance and inconvenience to any affected community members. We are not currently aware of how wide-spread or voluminous the messages were (we hope not very). And we are extremely grateful to the Community member who kindly brought this situation to our attention.
Again, we hope this mess wasn’t too confusing and we apologize for this mishap…
